Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Signed up to Yuno on Aug 23rd where they took 167 euro. I was subsequently charged 282 euro on Sept 25 and 238 euro on Oct 25th, our next bill is predicted to be 270 euro on the 25th Nov. These bills are double what we were paying with our previous provider. I have phoned the company 6 times since the 25th Oct to try to resolve this issue - clearly not the kind of bills I was expecting when I changed provider. The last 3 calls I've been guaranteed a call back- this has not happened. Really disappointing service, I don't blame the customer service crew as it sounds like they have done everything they can and have escalated it to management - I just want an answer as to why our bills are double what they were before joining Yuno.

Surprised to see they charged me again even after canceling our contract a month ago. Reached out to customer service by email and did not get a response. Easy to sign up but then they take your money and would take ages to get a refund.

Very happy with the customer service and the girl I spoke with explained everything so nicely, plus with this company I'm able to stay on top of my usage. Highly recommended
