If I could give zero I honestly would. Owed a refund from the government energy credits (we left within cooling off period in December because we were not happy with the insane quotes for bills on the app that were more than double our Energia prices despite the rates meant to be cheaper, despite being assured it was a temporary thing we were very reluctant to trust this given the insane usage on the app that was not correct at all ) we got our deposit refunded but not the energy credits. One rep said they could see they had received them in December and yet it took us asking Energia why we never got them to learn in fact yuno had them weeks before but we never got any correspondence to say this . I was promised a refund that hadn’t materialised and so today I rang again, the rep couldn’t find any record of said energy credits and didn’t seem to think I was owed a refund at all, despite a half an hours call with the previous colleague who checked and said it was basically that yuno got paid the energy credits early and that’s why it landed in their account and not Energias. This I can somewhat understand, but the delay in fixing it is really poor form. Honestly I would be very wary of dealing with this company and will be sure to let my friends and colleagues know of my experience. I am more out of pocket than if I had never moved in the first place. In fact I am going to just stay with Energia, they are cutting prices anyway. I see other reviews of a similar experience so I am not the only one that is very unhappy. It’s a shame as I had high hopes joining them. The customer service agent was nice that I politely complained to today but ultimately, couldn’t actually help me at all the fact she couldn’t see the government levy or even put me through to a supervisor to speak with. I don’t understand how her colleague could see we were owed it but she couldn’t but something was amiss today when I called . It was just a standard log a complaint on the system and someone will contact me but no knowledge of when even roughly so felt like a fob off to be honest . Advise all to steer clear unless you want the equivalent of a second job of chasing issues because that’s how you will be spending a lot of your time! Really unhappy with this and hope it will be resolved very soon. EDIT: STILL NO REFUND, NOBODY CONTACTED ME EITHER DESPITE ME MAKING MORE PHONECALLS AND ALSO PROVIDING CONTACT DETAILS THROUGH TRUST PILOT.
