Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

An awful company to deal with

In response to the reply from Yuno energy indicating that someone was communicating with me, that is not true. Any time I need an update I have to use the extremely unreliable online chat service as the emails to my supposed contact in the complaints department continue to be ignored. The issue remains unresolved by the way.

Avoid

Horrible experience. Waiting for a refund over two months and no response. Left them after a month as they charged me well over, I had no control over my money as they are charging double or triple your actual usage . Government should take action against them immediately.

Disappointing service

Have been a customer since September and have had nothing but issues especially with billing. Bills very difficult to make out. No bill for December due to glitch in system, double bill due for January. Bills that have been paid showing unpaid on app. Very difficult to speak with anyone.

No refund months after cancelling

No refund months after cancelling. Extremely poor company. Customer service person telling me to "engage" with the smart meter instead of worrying about higher unit price. This from a youngster without a house presumably, to single older person with teenagers, cutting down on everything - and with no smart meter. Ridiculous

Yuno terribly slow with refund

I cancelled over a month ago and still havnt received my refund. Very fast to take money off customers but very slow to give back. They owe me a lot of money plus they charging a cancellation fee. Customer service representatives are nice so I give them 2 stars instead of 1. Update. 18/01/2024 - still no refund

I signed up in December and prepaid…

I signed up in December and prepaid €127. I canceled a week later and was told I would have to wait 2 working weeks for a refund. I called them 3 weeks later and was told it would be 21 working days before I would see a refund. Still no refund. I would be very wary of signing up with this company.

Absolute gents

Have to say both the sign up and customer support agents were absolute gentleman, no delays and got it all set up very easily - and cheaper rates! Hope management appreciates the value of such great staff!

Horrible experience

BEWARE of this company. They make up the numbers, don't reply to emails, and they are definitely not the cheapest ones on the market. P.S. The company's reply is also not true - no one has reached out to me for more information.

Avoiding due to fake reviews

I was considering switching to Yuno but checked these reviews first. Most of the positive ones are clearly fake, people with just 1 or 2 reviews, same kind of review content. I will be avoiding for this reason. A good company wouldn't need to do this.

Since switching to Yuno

Since switching to Yuno, my bills have increased close to 20%. I have been unable to get a satisfactory answer as to whether my usage figures are accurate. This is despite sending through bills from my previous provider showing my actual usage being much lower. I have been promised a callback and have yet to receive one…..
