Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Avoid Yuno Energy. I have no oversight on what Money Yuno is taking from me. The app says one thing and all of a sudden the bill says another. Yuno seem to take what they want. I have phoned a number of times with my case being "referred" to another person but still no resolution. I have sent screen grabs and sent e mails with no answers! I have asked for a full review of my bills as none of them make sense and my electricity bills being higher then ever despite being told I am getting cheaper electricity. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service , they don’t answer there phones or call back as promised . Spend one hour on the phone and no satisfaction. They took out double payments and app keeps crashing and they keep saying will send to tech team but , no change . Very disappointed as welcomed more competition, but they are awful to deal with Avoid at all costs

AVOID - extremely bad provider. Electric bills per month are much higher than previous provider despite similar usage. Company takes excess money from you on basis of usage prediction. Requested meter readings that they calculated our bills from on 9th of January, now the 17th of February and no response despite sending 4 emails enquiry a and ringing them 3 times. Just avoid Yuno and go with one of the other providers, at least you know what your paying for.

I logged a complaint at the end of January due to my continuous emails from the start of December been ignored. This company has taken my €150 government credit even though I left them and it wasn't theirs to take. They initially responded when I left a review on Trustpilot with a complaint reference number stating they were investigating the query on the 31st January…but nothing since. (The response was quick enough when I left a review, but nothing back from them when I emailed). I can honestly say i have sent 8 or 10 emails to this company but they don’t respond. They are an absolute disgrace. Again, in my previous reviews, do not go with this company, do not trust them, do not let them get your account details. Their bills are based on predictions, it could be any amount of money they take. Just look at the previous experiences of newly joined customers, after only 6 or 7 months of providing a new service. And for Sasha…the immediate responses on trustpilot but zero responses directly to the customer is an outrage. Maybe, contact the customer as promised and stop this generic response just make you look like your doing your job and resolving things, because I know my query isn’t resolved yet, since December. YUNO energy are a complete rip off. TRUST ME..they should be shut down, but in saying that, they then end up keeping all the money they took. Maybe thats the plan. Do NOT make the move to Yuno.. if you have any issues, you will regret it. … And Sasha, don’t bother responding………”again”… just give me my money back

Called a number of times to discuss my charges as my bills don’t have KW usage on them, just a total amount. My bills have varied hugely from month to month when nothing has been different on my side. Couldn’t get talking to a person in the accounts department… and when I finally got talking to someone I was told it will take 21 days to review my bills and get back to me!!! I thought this company were the business when I first moved to them, but when something seems too good to be true, it usually is!
