Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Waited a half an hour to get to talk to Yuno representative. I was annoyed with Yuno’s method of charging and the lack of a bill. Richard was extremely helpful and went through the process with me including the downloading of the app again while he stayed on line. Yuno I hope appreciate this member of staff.With that in mind I hope not to have to contact him again.

App is great, it's easy to use and understand. It's great being able to see what you're paying every week and month for electricity. I joined a few months ago now and have no complaints!

Absolutely no communication from this company when trying to sign up.They say they will call back but they don’t,they lie that they tried.These are absolute chancers.Stick with a proper respectable company.
