The worst service provider ever
I logged a complaint at the end of January due to my continuous emails from the start of December been ignored. This company has taken my €150 government credit even though I left them and it wasn't theirs to take. They initially responded when I left a review on Trustpilot with a complaint reference number stating they were investigating the query on the 31st January…but nothing since. (The response was quick enough when I left a review, but nothing back from them when I emailed). I can honestly say i have sent 8 or 10 emails to this company but they don’t respond. They are an absolute disgrace. Again, in my previous reviews, do not go with this company, do not trust them, do not let them get your account details. Their bills are based on predictions, it could be any amount of money they take. Just look at the previous experiences of newly joined customers, after only 6 or 7 months of providing a new service. And for Sasha…the immediate responses on trustpilot but zero responses directly to the customer is an outrage. Maybe, contact the customer as promised and stop this generic response just make you look like your doing your job and resolving things, because I know my query isn’t resolved yet, since December. YUNO energy are a complete rip off. TRUST ME..they should be shut down, but in saying that, they then end up keeping all the money they took. Maybe thats the plan. Do NOT make the move to Yuno.. if you have any issues, you will regret it. … And Sasha, don’t bother responding………”again”… just give me my money back
