Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Overpriced scammers. They are definitely not the cheapest on the market. My bimonthly bill has increased by roughly 100e compared to my previous supplier. This is on the back of them promising they were cheaper. But no surprises there - after doing some research, it's turns out they are owned by prepaypower, who are absolutely the worst energy scampany in this country. Don't fall for their lies about prices

BEWARE!! ALERT!!!!!!

BEWARE!!! SCAMMER ALERT Don’t get fooled by this provider. They might be the lowest price among others but it only goes on paper. Because even you are on smart meter, they will give you an estimated reading. I’ve got a €110 in the middle of the month and it surge up to €500 in just a couple of days. And Surprisingly. Even no one is at home my electricity bill rise up drastically.. Run away from this provider while you still have a chance.

Criminal organization

Signing up was so complicated and took more than 5 calls, with plenty of times them promising to call me back but never did. I do not appreciate having to repeat my personal details and bank card information out loud over the phone when I am at work, but they don't accept anything over email. Paid plenty of advances and finally got set up. Seeing my electricity bills along with the quality of housing - everything mouldy - and overall life made me realize it's not worth it to live and work in Ireland and decided to move out of the country. Heating a tiny 1 bedroom cost me more than 400€ per month and it was still cold and damp all the time. Requested refund of advances but still pending after 2,5 months. Asking for written statement but no response. Their agents act super entitled and arrogant and when repeatedly asking for a statement, an agent called Hannah acted as if I had insulted HER - saying "Miina, I am just a person here, not a robot!" - what the actual heck? The job of a customer service agent is to serve a customer and not question their right to get their money back. I've now had more than 20 calls with them and still no refund of advances, my next steps will involve a lawyer.
