Signing up was so complicated and took more than 5 calls, with plenty of times them promising to call me back but never did. I do not appreciate having to repeat my personal details and bank card information out loud over the phone when I am at work, but they don't accept anything over email. Paid plenty of advances and finally got set up. Seeing my electricity bills along with the quality of housing - everything mouldy - and overall life made me realize it's not worth it to live and work in Ireland and decided to move out of the country. Heating a tiny 1 bedroom cost me more than 400€ per month and it was still cold and damp all the time. Requested refund of advances but still pending after 2,5 months. Asking for written statement but no response. Their agents act super entitled and arrogant and when repeatedly asking for a statement, an agent called Hannah acted as if I had insulted HER - saying "Miina, I am just a person here, not a robot!" - what the actual heck? The job of a customer service agent is to serve a customer and not question their right to get their money back. I've now had more than 20 calls with them and still no refund of advances, my next steps will involve a lawyer.
