Bad move - don’t do it !
I joined in jan 24 - no bill available until today when I demanded that they email me one . So far for two months I have been charged €470 for two months - almost twice normal for this time of year . The current bill makes no sense - no logic - they just picked random numbers . Customer service took 40 mins to answer my call in jan . Stay very far away if you don’t have smart meter . Possibly one of the worst decisions I made going with this company - I’d actually prefer to pay more than deal with the inconsistency of this so called service
