Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Pleasant experience

Spoke to a lady named Lisa who made my experience really smooth. She was super patient and informative which helped me leave the call feeling content and happy with the plan/bill going forward. Really grateful for all her help! Only issue I had was the wait time to speak to an assistant. I was on hold for over 30 minutes which is fine on a day like today when I’m off work but made it really tricky getting things sorted the last few days when I’m busy 9-5. Generally a really pleasant experience! Thank you Lisa 😊

Love this company

Love this company. So happy how easy it is to get in touch. Was able to Facebook message instead of ringing and being on online chat constantly waiting for a while. Was able to get in touch and then reply once I was free. Very happy. Was served by Kelly and Julie Amazing customer service

Yorkshire Water is a very good and helpful Company. It is a pleasure to do business with them. The lady I dealt with on the phone was so helpful and polite and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone as the bend over helping you. Thank you Yorkshire Water.

They cut you off

Two calls 30 minutes each only to be cut off by them both times and just because it has yorkshire in the name does not mean we like brass bands

i have just got my bill over 1000…totall rip off.

i have just got my bill over 1000 pounds...not happy i am now living alone after my mum passed away last november...i also work 5 days a week...how is it that 1 person has to pay the same amount as a family of 5 livivg next door using more water than me...the bill went up 300 pounds yet i am using half the amount of water...told nothing they can do for me....the family of 5 have just got bill for less than 400 pounds for year theres has gone down by 6 pounds per month mine has gone up by 30 pounds per month....

Not only do they discharge sewers into our rivers, they don't answer the telephone either. The recorded message says 'unprecedented demand'! What? Every day you have unprecedented demand? High time you were taken back into public ownership and halt profiting from an essential service.
