Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Sort out your helpline response times

If I hadn’t had to wait for more than 20 minutes to speak to a human being I would have given them 4 stars. When I finally got to speak to Kirsty she was great. The reason I had to ring them was because they hadn’t actioned a request I made through my online account as I had tried ringing them on several occasions but could never get through!

Quite a wait, but good and friendly service and a positive outcome

After a 25 minute wait on the phone, there seemed to be a delay and we couldn't hear each other. However the call handler (Tina) called me back, and then very quickly helped with my query. She was lovely, and overall it was a positive outcome. However, a callback service that holds your place in the phone queue would be good, so you don't have to sit and wait on hold.

I am very happy with the way Yorkshire Water advisor dealt with my enquiry because they gave me care and the best customer service I have ever experienced. However, I would like to recommend this organisation to anyone who requires their services in good times.

I spoke to Tina

I spoke to Tina who was very helpful. I got my issue resolved very quickly. I was on hold for quite a while but that is common regardless of which utilities company I am calling. Once the call was picked up it was dealt with very quickly.
