Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Spoke to somebody who could actually speak English.

The lady on the phone sorted out my water bill and my water bill that is to come as far as my payments are concerned she was a very happy person and knew exactly what she was doing and took the time to explain everything and also I could understand every word she spoke as she spoke excellent English like English people should.

Very impressed

Very impressed, reported a blocked drain on Saturday night and Yorkshire Water was here Sunday morning, brilliant service. Yorkshire Water employe were very thorough and cleared everything up in no time. They even wished me a Happy Mother's Day which made my morning. 10 out of 10
