Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Water meter and surface water enquiry

I firstly rang to enquire about having a water meter fitted and the lady who answered the call sorted an appointment very promptly for June. I also had a further query re surface water charges and was transferred to another lady for this. She was also very helpful and is arranging for someone to contact me regarding this. Lovely friendly efficient staff what more can I say

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company, shame we don’t get a choice over who we can use for our water supply, because if we could I would run for the hills. Apparently accountability isn’t a strong point here, and regardless of owning up to an error, they still want to add a further £46.65 to an already huge bill, to cover a mistake they made a year ago! Own up, take it out of your big bosses bonus and pay Severn Trent the money YOU owe them out of your own pocket! And the biggest cheek of all… adding the amount to my bill before even writing to me to tell me about it! Appalling! Complaint ongoing!

I can't believe our water bill for an EMPTY property. We actually used £5.39 worth of water. The bottom line of the bill is £51.80!!! Outrageous!
