Hi, I had ordered a birthday cake for my dearest family. The cake delivered was the worst quality , no message , no message written . Also the cakes are pricey. Will never order from them . Also recommend people not to go by their website . They pretend to have all sort of cakes and services but not worth it. Fraud services with some cheap products..

Fraudster took away my Rs3446 and never delivered I had ordered a cake, bamboo plant , hats and flowers for my Dad's 80th birthday since I am out of the country and cannot make it due to covid, these guys ruined it all, never delivered a single item nor are they refunding my money, the order total was Rs:3446. I have written multiple times no use, have spent hours to chat with their agents. Covid has hit everyone that doesn't meant one gets to cheating...pathetic. I have ended up filing a Cyber fraud case with case # 22408200051577, i wished I could attach files here. And the order # was 008271015669

The customer care by Shilpa was excellent, she patiently clarified all my doubts as it was the first time that i placed an order. Waiting eagerly for my first surprise to be delivered...

Placed a cake order for the first time, and sure this will be my last. It took over 8 hours to delivery. And the worst customer service. The guys on call sound very rude and the chat agents take ages to answer. Worst service I have come across. They say on the site delivery is 2 hours but takes an entire day. After receiving the cake I was shocked to see that they never put the message on the cake as shown on their website. Will never use these guys again. Guys please avoid this website. Worst service I came across in many years.

This is a cheating online company. Don't ever trust them. I ordered a cake and got a different cake with bad quality. Paid extra 400 rupees for midnight delivery but they delivered the cake prior to that time. Their customer care employees are useless. Just giving reasons and asking us to send mail for yen number of times. This is a fraudulent company which pickpockets money from people. Beware of these pickpockets😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡💦💦

Hello this is mannat and i ordered a truffle cake today for my friend.. i got a prompt response through lavanya regarding it and i was happy with the service but as soon my friend got the cake and shared a picture i'm very disappointed. 1. The cake is not a truffle cake , it was normal one with just chocolate layer on it. 2. The cake was plain, they didn't write the message i told them to write on it. Why are you asking for the message if you are not writing it :/ 3. The cake tasted okayish. 4. They didn't even give the message note i wrote along side with the cake! Again why is that feature given if not used ?? -_- To be honest winni you ruined my surprise.!! It was a surprise for someone and didn't go quite well.

It's completely a poor service by you people I had ordered mighty Raju photo cake for my son's birthday on 27aug 2020 I got the cake on time but as it's a game of taste if you people are in a food delivery I wants to ask from you people that how do you paste the photo of mighty raju on the cake ? Because please taste that photo part once than deliver the cake it's completely tooo bad in taste if you are using any technique so please change it because as I wasted my money on that so more people like me can be fool by you guys .
