worst experience i have order 2 things from winni but only 1 got delivered , i have raised a complain about that but no action is taken and they were putting the whole blame on me and did not gave the refund too worst site to buy anything .

Worst website. Request please don,t order. 5 star so that my review shows up but really they are nowhere near 0 also. They will send a local cake from any local shop worth Rs. 100-200. and no packaging. Will 100% ruin your mood any money. And they deliver loose chocolates without any packaging. Highly unprofessional staff for any inconvenience.

Service is very good and even the customer support is very good. There are variety of products to choose from. But I have given only 4 stars because of the below reason. I have previously ordered 2 times from Winni. 2nd time, I have ordered flowers and a greeting card. I wan the greeting card for Sorry occasion, but you have sent the Birthday card. Next time please send the correct greeting card, if not available, please let us know.

Hi, the red velvet cake had too much cream and very little cake. This was unfortunate as the cake of a red velvet is the unique factor. Best to stick to standard cakes.

Worst site. No provision of cancelling order even a day before though their policy talks a lot about cancellation n refund but dont get grabbed.. Only contact option u vl get is a stupid live chat where i got message of my order cancellation and that my refund will come to my account in 4-5 days. N next day they r refusing any such conversation n that order cant be cancelled even wen given the option to keep the money in my winni wallet to be used later. Such disappointing behaviour.. would never opt for this site again in life.
