Bad product service and worst customer service
I had ordered the bouquet which reached today. No issues about delivery but a whole lot of issues with the product- 1. The bouquet was of pink roses with a pink wrapping and a pink ribbon. But the product delivered was red roses with a transparent wrapping with white stars and just a pink paper cover around it with a yellow ribbon. 2. Some roses are cut and the cut stems can be clearly seen above between the roses!!! 3. The green fillers used were incorrect as well. 4. I had asked to hide the sender details but that wasn't fulfilled as well. And they charge 500+ for such wrong products and 300 for delivery? If they are not going to deliver the right product then what is the point of charging this obscene amount of money? I would have given 0 stars if that was possible, believe me.
