Very worst customer service it's west of ur time and money too they ll never ever delivery on time nor proper cake or flours which u ordered they ll delivery total diffrent thing which u didnt order they r here for to make money only not providing good service so guys dont west ur time and money with those people giveing 1 star also is more for this winni

It is an online scam to earn money. The website is fake. They didn't deliver on that they said that they would deliver the next day. Which means after the occassion. And it was never delivered.

Very Bad experience with winni.in. I have ordered a bouquet and cake for my sister's birthday and both the thing deliver wrong. When we contacted them for return they denied and not refunded the money as well.

Worst worst worst. They took 300 RS for Sonam papdi sweet which is only worth MRP RS 65. And delivered cheap birthday number candles, charges 50 RS for 10 RS candle. And the cake was too sweet and never had butterscotch flavour which I ordered, felt like picked from local bakery. Don’t recommend to anyone.

I had ordered a cake for my younger sister. Was a last minute decision and was a little sceptical if it would be delivered on time so that we can celebrate her birthday. Then Winnie came to rescue. Not only did they accept the order but they actually delivered it within 4hours without any extra cost. Even the delivery person Mr. Sonu Verma (Courtesy True Caller), was very polite and friendly. Only thing that I would like you to improve is that there should be a section to give a feedback on your website. Not necessarily should be only on app or trust pilot as advised by your customer care. Thank you all.

I had been a loyal customer for over 5 years but service has deteriorated and they are not reliable any more. On two occasions they did not deliver my order stating that the addressee is not responding. On two occasions on the last minute they email to say the product in not available in spite of ordering days in advance. Sorry Winni but you have lost a customer.

Don’t fall for this kind of website. Totally spam. They didn’t deliver it on time. The delivery boy gave wrong information to the receiver and made them to reject the gift. They provided wrong customer service number in the website which is not worked. My experience with this website is totally shiiit. I don’t recommend anyone to order through this website and they can’t help you after you have any trouble in the order. Else they recommend you to place new order. They just need money

I ordered blue orchids and a card from this website. I asked them to deliver it my friend's. They delivered pink orchids instead which was 400 rupees cheaper and they didn't deliver the card as well. My order didn't made any sense as it was delivered at 10PM and it had no card with the flowers. I called them for refund and the guy on the call says he can only give 100 credits in my wallet which I can use to spoil another occasion again. I do not recommend to any thing from this website.

It is a waste to give even one star to this service. Once you raised a complaint; they stop replying to the emails and calls. Delivered the damaged products and no answer from then.

Very bad service... i have order 12 hour ago not arrived yet. I will never order again. Staff don't know how to speak English... they don't understand.... they speaks few lines which the company thought them when they joined them .... i hate this place. People i request Don't order here.
