Worst customer service, company will take your money and not refund
Hi Customers Don’t ever buy from this site... It’s just waste of money.. they didn’t deliver my order on time and then later when delivered, they delivered all bad flowers, withered flowers... as is the flower were 2-3 days old.. I complained through mail but didn’t get response... Later they agreed to replace but didn’t give the replacement for the day.. when I called the customer care that I haven’t got any replacement and I want my refund... They started saying we can’t refund the money..I said my guests can’t receive the product now as they have gone out for celebration.. they said even if my guests don’t receive the flowers we will consider the order as complete and will not refund the amount... I kept calling the the customer care but everyone said wait for 10 mins but no one gave me any resolution... Just imagine how can one say to a guest to just wait at home so that you can give them flowers.. They have spoiled the mood and the company is a thief they are not giving me the replacement or the money
