Im clearly not the first person this has happened to, I couldn't get my flowers, I had to order from ferns and flowers... they were so professional. The crazy thing is that the order has been marked delivered. But I have not received the product yet. Kindly refund the money. More than 2000 rs Order no. 202142234594. Without delivering the product how can you mark as product delivered. Refund as soon as possible. When I reached out, their customer service keeps sending me a template which says item has been delivered ohh sorryyy etc etc... fake page shut their website down dont ever order anything from winni.in as they are full of unprofessional scammers exploiting the festive seasons. In simple words, Its a fake app and scamming people.
