The best water company in my…

The best water company in my experience. Well run and sympathetic with customers when things go wrong at their property - as it did at mine when I was away! I got the problem fixed asap on my return but was expecting to get stung for the water used but Wessex Water didn’t hit me with a massive charge. They sent my case to a special board who decided I’d done my best to stop the wasted water and therefore didn’t deserve to get punished. I got a small nominal charge and that was it! That made me realise they’re a good company. That’s backed up by the total lack of any bad stories in the news about them. My advice - move to an area served by Wessex Water!

Repair of Domestic Sewer Blockage

I was very pleased with the overall service to resolve an unexpected issue. Having logged the issue out of hours using the online tool I was impressed with the immediate response meaning the next morning the issue had been resolved. Compliments to the process allowing me to relay information and all those who contributed to issue resolution.

Outstanding service

The customer service advisor who took our call was very helpful and Rudy was with us in a couple of hours. He was polite, diligent and kept us informed throughout the process, carrying out the job very thoroughly.

Lifelong water bill huh?

The company's system is worse than bad. My wife and I just moved home and have been trying to apply for a new address since before the move—that was three months ago. Until now, the address has remained unchanged, and we are getting bills for the previous address. We also found that the account has another holder who was the previous resident, and this was not changeable either. Nice one, mate.

Brown murky water.

Liam, Wessex Water representative was great. Phoned us back many times. Had a phone call this evening to say water now showing correct readings. Already been allocated £5 refund for having to run cold tap for some considerable time.

We lost our water supply and contacted…

We lost our water supply and contacted Wessex water online. They were able to tell us that it was planned work in the area. Later in the day we received a letter telling us the same thing however it was posted eight days ago and had been delayed in the post. Poor communication but the online service was top notch.
