First rate service from Will and his colleagues when our router packed up unexpectedly late in the afternoon on Wednesday 28 May 2025. Arranged for me to pick up a replacement next day which was fully set up for me to plug in and go. Result was minimum downtime with minimum hassle. Excellent service, thank you.

The installation into our house was excellent. Adrian did a very good job. He discussed with us where the boxes and cabling should go. Beyond the installation itself you wouldn't have known he had visited i.e. he had tidied up. We are very pleased with our new full fibre internet access, especially as we are in a rural location with tricky trunking access. It is incomparably faster than the previous provider.

To be clear, the install did have its hitches, but they sorted them. I shudder to think how complex it must be to roll out such a big project and not everything is going to be right first time. But every single person I met or spoke to was friendly and keen to please. They have a great team, including Katie, the Customer Resolutions Manager, Stephanie on Customer Support and Adi who did the final install. I don't know their names, but guys digging the cable into the ground were great. I'm not yet seeing the full 900mbit speed, (more like 800 at best) but I am very happy with the speed overall, well as the latency which is mostly around 5ms, compared to around 12ms for FTTC.

Once fibre became available at our property the connection was completed very quickly and the final installation was done very efficiently and effectively. All personnel involved were efficient and friendly. Internet speeds now 6x better than the previous provider.

A friendly and helpful organisation all the way through starting from our initial meeting with Ben Gatier. The installation and connection went smoothly. We've not noticed any difference in the speed from that of BT, our previous supplier. However, it's so good now to be dealing with personable and local people. Such a change from our disinterested dealings with BT. It's less expensive as well!

Flawless install the Engineer really went out his way to help us to get it positioned in the optimal spot and advised us that we would need a booster which was ordered the same day and was so easy to setup. The App works great and is so easy to use and coming from years of Bt broadband this is a massive difference. From start to finish it was so easy and the customer support team have been really helpful. I would highly recommend this Fibre service.
