The team made a very professional job, minimal damage to our lawn, and the chap who drilled through the wall to fit the wall box even asked to borrow our vacuum cleaner! Everyone fussed our Golden Retriever who enjoyed watching their progress. The people we spoke with on the telephone were very professional, explained things clearly and spoke nicely. Excellent!

I have to agree with LEG several reviews down. It would be unreasonable to expect everything to be perfect in an instant in a house as old as mine. But after a few small hiccups everything working really well. Now for the phone porting/connection next week!! Garden people great, and a particular thanks to Jack in the tech team for sorting out the boosters. If I have a small suggestion to the management team. In older properties a little more experience from the inside engineer would have been helpful. We could have sorted out the need for boosters and ideal positioning there and then rather than messing around for more than a week and eventually me driving to your office?

Garden Team 5 did a very good job getting their cable to the house, quickly removing our concerns about disrupting flower beds and avoiding underground electricity cables and oil pipes. They came up with a simple solution routing their cable around all obstacles with minimal disruption, and got the job done quickly and without fuss. It was a pleasure to have them with us.

Today we had Poppy install our fibre, who was friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! Also the gents that laid the fibre in the back garden were all fantastic, approachable, friendly and enthusiastic. Internet speeds in our rural village are beyond what we ever expected out here and everyone who we have come across at Wessex Internet seems genuinely happy to work for them!

It’s a shame I had to contact Wessex yesterday due to my WiFi extender failing. I was surprised to wait so long before speaking to anyone in customer service. However I spoke to a very helpful young lady who tried her best but eventually it was passed to Will. He was extremely concerned about my issue but diligent enough to persevere until all was well. He even called me this morning to ascertain whether it was still working well. I’m pleased to say it is and hopefully it will continue to do so. Many thanks

Troy and his team laid fibre cables to our house taking care to mark and avoid the various services e.g. water, electricity, land drain etc. A very polite and knowledgeable team that created minimum mess. Adrian (Adi) installed the connection into the house such that it all worked first time. All things considered a very professional company. All the visits had been scheduled and the company kept the dates and timescales perfectly.
