They sorted the hitches
To be clear, the install did have its hitches, but they sorted them. I shudder to think how complex it must be to roll out such a big project and not everything is going to be right first time. But every single person I met or spoke to was friendly and keen to please. They have a great team, including Katie, the Customer Resolutions Manager, Stephanie on Customer Support and Adi who did the final install. I don't know their names, but guys digging the cable into the ground were great. I'm not yet seeing the full 900mbit speed, (more like 800 at best) but I am very happy with the speed overall, well as the latency which is mostly around 5ms, compared to around 12ms for FTTC.
