It’s a shame I had to contact Wessex…
It’s a shame I had to contact Wessex yesterday due to my WiFi extender failing. I was surprised to wait so long before speaking to anyone in customer service. However I spoke to a very helpful young lady who tried her best but eventually it was passed to Will. He was extremely concerned about my issue but diligent enough to persevere until all was well. He even called me this morning to ascertain whether it was still working well. I’m pleased to say it is and hopefully it will continue to do so. Many thanks
