We had Internet at 2mps or less and landline both from BT. Landline often down or crackles due to rain water. Internet so slow. All that is in the past thanks to Wessex. Very helpful teams from start to finish with fast response to queries. Could not be more satisfied !

Excellent service, with everything clearly explained and carried out professionally with no problems. Such a pleasure to have 350Mbps via fibre to the home (up to 1Gb available if I were to upgrade the contract) after struggling for years with pathetic internet over the old copper telephone lines. Good value too.

Since Installation has dropped out consistently over the course of each day, through testing the uptime doesn't even match the advertised amount. I wish there were better options for speed outside of BT in my area because then I could at least watch shows without buffering every 30mins. Support is also useless. Even when provided visual proof of outages, they didn't respond to emails or repeated the same questions without resolving the issue.

Poor service We have ongoing speed issues and considering the amount this company charge they should do more to help their customers. Rude customer service, threaten to close accounts if the donβt like what they hear. Very bad experience indeed.

Wessex Internet is an okay service, but they cost waaaay too much. And if your service goes down as it has today, there's no-one to speak to. All I could do is leave a message and there's no guaranteeing I'll hear anything all weekend long.... For the ridiculous price we pay per month, there should at least be an emergency telephone number for tech issues to speak with an actual human being 24/7 who can actually take action and fix your problem immediately.
