Unstable signal since Installation
Since Installation has dropped out consistently over the course of each day, through testing the uptime doesn't even match the advertised amount. I wish there were better options for speed outside of BT in my area because then I could at least watch shows without buffering every 30mins. Support is also useless. Even when provided visual proof of outages, they didn't respond to emails or repeated the same questions without resolving the issue.
