Good work, but communication could be improved.

All work went very well and within the timescale I was told. All workers were polite and careful. The only thing was once I was told they were coming, they didn't and they also turned up without any notification. As it happened both times I was at home anyway due to other tradesmen or waiting for a large delivery. Otherwise very good!

Very efficient installation work

The way through the forest was not without a little confusion and a misunderstanding or two - B U T - I'm sitting here, a-hacking at my PC secure in the knowledge that - from switch-on to actually being on the net - the pace has never been as satisfyingly speedy and rewarding. Outstanding speedy repair service

Workmen unearthed and damaged fibre optic cable feeding house and neighbours (who run business from home). Called Wessex who came back within a few minutes and within about 45 minutes the repair team were on site and about an hour later had repaired damage. Very friendly and efficient repair team (with an excellent sense of humour). Thanks. Keith Shankland
