Absolute rubbish dealings with this company who seem incapable of taking ownership of installations always passing the blame for delays onto another team. This is what you get with a virtual monopoly in the area. Don’t go anywhere near them if you want reliable service

I live in a village in North Dorset, about 7 miles from the nearest small town, After years of frustration with poor internet I signed up with Wessex Internet about 5 years ago. They have supplied a faultless service making life a lot less stressful. Last week I had no internet. Their engineer Ben Young contacted me in quick time. Ben was very helpful and It turned out to be a problem with my computer not their equipment Brilliant service. Thank you Wessex Internet.

What amazing customer service. We had a horrendous time trying to get good internet connection when we moved so rural. Other companies were little more than useless. Wessex however have offered a brilliant service over 12 months of great connections and good customer service. Thank you!

Wessex Internet provided an excellent service from the initial contact to installation and after sales service. However they did need a little prodding to get the ball rolling at the start. The team that laid the fibre cable discussed and agreed the route before starting, we’re quick and left the garden tidy. The team installing the equipment were equally as good, providing a neat and tidy installation. The after-sales team were very helpful in aiding me sorting out a Wi-Fi contention caused by network extenders. Overall I would highly recommend Wessex Internet.

After having our Wessex Internet service installed a few days ago, I can easily say that it has changed mine and my family's lives. It is an amazing service that has dramatically increased our speed from 10/1, to 900/300 - an incredible difference. A big thanks to Minna for managing everything to do with our project, and our personal questions and queries. Furthermore, the garden works team, who were able to make sure our fibre cable came to the exact point in which we wanted it, and Norton, our installer, who was able to tailor our installation to exactly what we needed. Overall, an incredible service, powered by an incredible team willing to go above and beyond to make sure your service is tailored to exactly what you want. I would HIGHLY recommend Wessex Internet as a broadband provider.

I am not usually one to write reviews but I genuinely have had the best experience with Wessex. From Josh’s time and support explaining the change over, to Charlie, Mark and Ethan who did the garden works then to the great guy who did the install I couldn’t have been more chuffed with my Wessex experience. There were quite a few unexpected challenges with the install (as you sometimes get with a rural property) but everyone worked so hard and got the job done quickly and efficiently with no disruption to me whatsoever so I could still work from home. They also all made friends with my dog and even made sure he was still safe in the garden whilst all of this was going on - that was much appreciated by me! They have all been the best team to work with, professional but not corporate. Friendly, efficient and tidy to boot. The customer service really is excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone. Our VOIP phone through Vonage wasn't working. Vonage were unable to resolve the problem or provide any form of service or reliable solution. So we transferred our VOIP phone system to Wessex who were extremely helpful and efficient. The new system is working perfectly and we have no hesitation in recommending Wessex Internet.

My journey with Wessex over the last 5 years has taken me from a BT connection charging me for a 0.5Mbs connection, to a 107.09Mbps fibre connection. I had a satellite dish as a first step which was bliss after the copper wire! All the time the Wessex team have looked after me with excellent service. Not the easiest of installations but they got there! Living on bedrock it was always going to be a difficult one but we hadn’t accounted for a difficult neighbour. If she’d let us put the cable under her garden it would have been a steal.As it was the team had to try going under the road but hit rock. In the end another lovely neighbour allowed us to go thru his garden and after 3 weeks of trying we finally got our fibre.Boy it was worth it from 3 MBs with Talktalk super fast internet(sic) to 106Mbs .WOW thanks guys n gals.One very happy customer
