The joy of having Wessex Internet in your home
I am not usually one to write reviews but I genuinely have had the best experience with Wessex. From Josh’s time and support explaining the change over, to Charlie, Mark and Ethan who did the garden works then to the great guy who did the install I couldn’t have been more chuffed with my Wessex experience. There were quite a few unexpected challenges with the install (as you sometimes get with a rural property) but everyone worked so hard and got the job done quickly and efficiently with no disruption to me whatsoever so I could still work from home. They also all made friends with my dog and even made sure he was still safe in the garden whilst all of this was going on - that was much appreciated by me! They have all been the best team to work with, professional but not corporate. Friendly, efficient and tidy to boot. The customer service really is excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone.
