Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

It took quite a while for our hookup after the fibre had been laid but once it had the installation was very smooth. Since the installation we encountered a technical problem partially of our own making. I called up Technical Support and the lady who answered was very helpful, the problem solution forthcoming. Excellent experiences so far once the
Amazing Company, excellent customer service and the technical team are on it straight away if there is a fault. This is a proper internet company that cares that you have full connection at all times. Can't recommend this company highly enough 5 Star Service
As a new customer I'd like to write to say what a splendid service I've had from Wessex Internet, with especial praise for Bill Roberts and Graham Merritt. Bill sorted out what we needed very quickly, and Graham has been right on top of our issues (my fiancee and I are digital nomads, and urgently needed digital access). It has been great dealing with them both, and we look forward if at all possible to continuing with Wessex Internet if at all possible when we move from our rental. James
Terrible communication and still not fully connected having been promised that we would be since last September 2023. We have allowed connection through our field to other properties and we’re assured that we would be fully connected quickly. This has not been the case. We have to keep on chasing and still no further forward. Poor so far. May be better when fully installed!!!
back in August, I agreed with there sales folk, to have the service, Fibre was up and running before Christmas, very pleased. But they have failed to connect me to the Telephone part of the contract, now here we are half way into February and still no phone. I am 85 years old. Phone needed for ambulance, I live out in the remote countryside. when my family go to work I have no way of help. they keep promising it will be soon when I email them. now they have not even replied to my last one. anyone else in these predicaments wish I never left BT. which was November last.
Encouraged to place an order in October 2022 as funding had been secured for installation in my village. Minimal communication received since then even when chased by email. Chased for the final time last month and this just happened to coincide with ducting being installed in my road. I thought finally my order would be completed, however another month has gone by and still no communication. After 16 months waiting I have cancelled my order. Update: I provided my details and Wessex Internet did get in touch. It seems some communications do get their attention. I was asked to re-order and as their ducting had been installed in my road installation would be completed in a few weeks. As this is the same story they gave me in 2022, I think I will wait to see if any of my neighbours actually get their service first. Wessex Internet are my only option for a higher speed wired broadband connection, so I don’t have much choice. Even so I still think I will wait, as they have fooled me once.
Team were very helpful and tech support reacted quickly and kept us in the loop whilst resolving the problem.
