does not keep contract
back in August, I agreed with there sales folk, to have the service, Fibre was up and running before Christmas, very pleased. But they have failed to connect me to the Telephone part of the contract, now here we are half way into February and still no phone. I am 85 years old. Phone needed for ambulance, I live out in the remote countryside. when my family go to work I have no way of help. they keep promising it will be soon when I email them. now they have not even replied to my last one. anyone else in these predicaments wish I never left BT. which was November last.
