Whether dealing with customer support, technical or visiting technician, the cooperation has been excellent. We still have an issue, old house thick walls, tough getting signal through from one end of house to other, but am confident a way will be found.
Wow!!! Wessex Internet have connected us to a very impressive internet speed of up to 250mbps. The speed is absolutely mind-blowing. Streaming on our TV and working from home has now taken on a whole new dimension. Every member of the Wessex Internet staff have been knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very friendly. I feel very fortunate to now be one of their customers. Well done Wessex, first class service. I highly recommend you.

Lost Internet connection...Graham talked us through the whole reset process which took about a hour plus using our 2 mobiles...got it sorted. Really pleased with the follow up care and service when problems occur.
We were having problems with dramatically different broadband coverage in different rooms of our house. Wessex sent us a new generation router that arrived 2 days after we reported the problem. Speed problem solved. But we did lose control of our central heating system briefly, until I called Wessex, they ran a reset, final problem solved. Thank you Wessex, good job.
The company needs to provide an out of hours service to react to problems at the weekend. With individuals working to different time zones - as well as trying to prepare themselves for the week ahead, it is not acceptable to listen to an out of hours message when there is a problem on a Sunday. Not recommended, 5 month wait for installation only to be told on the day it could not be fitted where i wanted it in the house and could only go on the inside of the front wall, unlike a friends but heyho not having fibre now and going with someone else now. Shame as the office staff have been so nice
