Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
I visited ‘waves’ car wash in Kensington and was very happy with the service. I had booked the car in for a ‘gold’ wash and interior clean. The manager greeted me upon arrival and I drove straight into the wash bay. The staff took care of the car immediately. When I returned an hour later, it was ready to go and in immaculate condition. Staff were very polite. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend!
I went to Tesco Hammersmith.
I paid for a Cabriolet treatment (extra £30 on top of the Bronze outside clean) - their website says it is a 2.5hr job but when I dropped off my car he says come back in an hour, so I said, but I have paid £30 for the hood treatment and it says 15hrs. He just says, "Trust me".
I came back 1.5 hrs later. He literally got a spray in a bottle and sprayed the hood with a bit of spray - all done in a few minutes. So I asked him "How many coats did you do?" He pretended not to understand me, but I could tell by his face, he looked shifty as hell and looked away. So I asked again, no answer. Then I asked a third time, "How many times did you spray the hood?". Again he doesn't answer. He was speaking English perfectly when I dropped off the car.
So I said for £30 I want to know. He then says, "£30 is nothing in London".
So what do you think? Just the way he spoke to me was enough for me to suspect he didn't do the treatment other than a quick spray. Does he think people are that stupid?
Today I went to the Waves car wash at Tesco Aldershot. I explained that my car had dog hairs and I did not expect them to clean them all but the person I spoke to insisted on looking into my car. On opening the door of the boot he whistled!!! and said they were not prepared to clean it. I have had my car cleaned at the Tesco Aldershot site for several years and have always had dogs. They had always done a really good job. The person who looked into my car said today that he would not clean my car because it was too dirty!!! I was so embarrassed.
Only wanted car washed but made the mistake of not asking the price first so was charged a hefty £15 for a pretty mediocre job at Tesco Salisbury. They showed me the pricing board which was complicated to say the least. Definitely wouldn’t recommend & won’t be going back anytime soon.
TESCOS HARROW - These people will return your car with marks on it and damage the exterior so evidently and lie to your face and say they didn't do it.
absolute rubbish. Gives you back a damaged car, and can't admit to their mistakes. No refund and no empathy.

Sprowston waves car wash. Turned up for car wash asked for a bronze wash priced and advised on there board at £10 was informed it was now £15 due to extra sanitizer due to covid. Had the car washed as I was already there and needed to shop. Car washed to a reasonable standard. Checked the size of my car when I got home and its definitely a car size. UPDATE your prices. If you don't mind using automatic car wash in tesco petrol station car wash £5.50 that's nearly £10 extra for petrol!
Had a terrible experience with this company at Tesco Marks Farm, Braintree. Charged me for a large car when I have a Fiat 500 and did not clean the car properly. Will not be using again.
Absolutely terrible at Tesco Marks Farm, Braintree. Charged my daughter for a large car, she has a Fiat 500, and only taking cash payments although with the current pandemic everywhere should be taking card payments.
Honestly, the job they did was okay, however the price of £30 is ridiculous. Two locations 8 miles apart and a £10 difference in price. I would expect a hell of a lot more for £30 than a wash and vacuum. Would not recommend. Disgraceful.
