Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
For second time at a second branch - today at St Helens- they knocked my lights on while cleaning it, ran the battery to flat, refused to give me my money back & left me trying to get a jump start. Also, when they took my payment before giving me my key they already knew the car wouldn’t turn on. Despicable.

Guys there are bunch of thieves. Don’t like doing vans at all. Over charge you for a van so you have to do the price check yourself a lot of the time and argue with them and just now they’ve tried charging me extra cause my van wasn’t clean…..they’re a freaking car wash!
Absolute bunch of scummy thieves, previous owner was a thousand times better than this group of thieves, he used to actually get extra money out of me for doing a decent job!

Place needs to be taken over when Colin ran it was great it’s not ran like a company anymore untimely rude manager men smoking swearing in English then talks in their own language about car and shakes head over mess that’s why we took car to be cleaned my friend popped it in as I went to Tesco she come back nearly in tears the cars a Ford Focus not a massive 4x4 just wanted a basic wash and hover but trying to charge for something called volume 3 they actually spray black stuff on carpets if marks stay on carpet instead of actually cleaning it better off using the actual Tesco automatic wash

Looking at these reviews I am quite shocked as my local Waves Car Wash in Quedgeley, Gloucester is spot on!!
Compared to other car washes who aren't insured, use illegal workers, crappy products and even acid on cars.. my local hand car wash is a breath of fresh air!
Not too pricey, thorough job and good service with top notch products.
Normally use the Fareham Tesco franchise and have always had excellent service and would rate them 5 star, had to use the Gosport Tesco(Rowner) out of necessity and can honestly say I will not be using them again, car was left wet and not dried off properly and although I did comment on collection and he wiped the back over I had to leather off again when I got home...hence a 2 star review..
I paid £12 for an outside clean and an extra £10 for a product to protect the paintwork. The car was given back to me all streaky and still had birds poop on the bonnet !!!
I was told that it was streaky because it had dried too quickly in the sun!!!! Ahh ok, so I am woman and I am expected to just accept this excuse!! Here Madam, here is your car, all cleaned and streaky as it dried too quickly...that is £22 please!!!
So now I have to drive my car that now looks worse than when I gave it to them to clean!!
Such bad service! I am sure nothing extra was put on the car to protect the paintwork.
