Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
Cleanest windows ever, shiny well washed and polished body work, all interior areas including hard to get at places cleaned and polished

I have just had the best car wash ever. We have two dogs, so the car was filthy. I paid half way through and gave a good tip , as I knew it would be extra work. Well, the car is now is the cleanest it’s EVER been - it’s SPOTLESS! Thank you Waves. It’s not an easy job, and it was freezing today.
Just paid £12 for clean at Tesco Altrincham! Checked the service and says wash and vacuum! I basically had hot water and soap...wheels still dirty, no tyre shine and doesnt look like wax! Inside not even been touched!!!!!! Fuming driving away, would of gone back if I didn't have to go work!!!!!!

The car wash in Bow Tower Hamlets is a joke. This is the third time I’ve been and they charged me more. They told me the cost was £10 cash but then I got a digital receipt for £8. Another time I payed £20 cash and got a digital receipt for £15.
The job they do is not as good as it use to be.
£15 to clean the outside of my car at new Malden waves is taking the p--s!!! A hand car wash should be no more than £10.Needless to say I won't be getting my car cleaned there again!!
Rickmansworth - No idea what they are spraying on the cars but the following day my alloys were covered in a white residue. I wiped it off and noticed its caused lacquer to peel in several places on my wheels - as well as causing the centre badge to blister. This is not a cheap car either. Shocking. I fell for the marketing that they use Autoglym products but clearly not... brick cleaner??
What an absolute joke of a place i paid 30 for inside and out and 2 back seats cleaned
The car mats are soaking wet as are the carpets its an absolute rip off never again
I visited Waves Car Wash at Tesco New Malden on the morning of 20/10/21. They tried to rip me off by stating that my car fitted the maximum size group, and should therefore pay the maximum amount. I shall not be using their service again.
My girlfriend went there today made her feel very uncomfortable she was on the phone to me when car being washed and they harrased her when finished cleaning car saying they fancied here and asked ifj
