Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.

Poor customer service, average car wash, rude staff.
My husband and I used this car wash recently, whilst at the car wash my husband needed to do a lateral flow test because the place we were going to required evidence of a negative covid test (which is not uncommon these days), my husband asked if he could have the inside of the car cleaned to which one of the guys laughed and said “depends what your test says mate” - not a great response in terms of attitude/delivery, but we understood. By the time they had finished washing the outside of the car (minus the roof because that was still dirty when we left!) the lateral flow test was negative, we proceeded to attempt to usher staff over to ask for the inside to be cleaned but struggled to get anyones attention, I opened the car door and said to a member of staff “that man (pointing to the man) said the inside can be washed if the test is negative and it is” to which a lady responded to say something along the lines that it’s nothing to do with her but did try to reason with the initial man which was very helpful, so I attempted to speak to someone else, from across the forecourt the initial guy then shouted “no one goes near that car!” which he repeated at-least twice.. of course they took our money so were happy to get close enough for that!
It’s one thing to be concerned of contracting covid but the attitude, lack of customer service and disrespectful nature of the staff (particularly the initial man) was completely uncalled for.
Extremely disappointed.
Went to the streatham branch in tesco and loved the team, car came back looking freessshhhh ... the customer service was amazing and the dedication from the team was 10 out of 10!!!!! Defo be back.

Normally good experience, said he couldn't get there dog hair out, was dirty foot prints on the foot rug in the front seat. Interior not worth what we paid for gold service.

I was charged £30 pounds although previously this service was £25. I questioned this and was told prices have gone up as "everything has gone up". Was then told it was cash only as the card machine was broken. On my return I could see on the sign that the service I got was listed clearly as £25. I think I was asked to pay cash so that the overcharge would not be recorded. Will not be using this service again.

Do not go or use them disgusting service my car was still dirty not washed at all there was still bird poop on my roof the manger of waves tired to say it just happened but it haven’t the reason I brought my car in to be washed was because because of the poop which happened a few days prior they left it clearly not interested in doing a fair job for the over priced services
I would never use them again waste of time money and they Tarnish the reputation of Tesco

Avoid Waves at Tesco Burgess Hill at all costs. They managed to scratch the paintwork, three panes of glass and the rear numberplate in a single afternoon.
Customer service is appalling, I’m now taking legal action.
