Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
Im extremely happy with the quality of this car wash service for my white VW always comes out sparkling clean and shined nicely with the great work they do with the wax polish finish : ) I highly recommend.
Chorley Tesco car wash crew are always amazing. They’re really hard working and do a great job, even when I’ve brought in some really bad states! Especially after long camping trips etc
This car wash @Barhill is exceedingly good, I have been using them for 10 years now, staff always very friendly. Never a long wait even when really busy. Best car wash in the area.
I was quoted £27 when I asked for the inside and outside to be cleaned and polished for my little MG. When collected, the roof was not touched and still dirty! It is a soft top and the the roof counts as the exterior! When I pointed this out the awful assume manager said it was £30 to include the soft top and if I wanted it done now he would charge me 30 ontop of the 27 .... 57 total. Disgusting behaviour. I gave him a chance to redeem the situation and was declined. He added I should take it to MG to get cleaned for £95. Noone has ever had a problem cleaning my car before. To think some people will fall for this and be robbed like this.
Disgusting. Left car, told come back in 1hr 10mins. Did and car not touched. Said that s not right and he was rude and agressive and said i don t care and i ve been busy !!!
I went to the Twickenham branch in sainsbury and they did a fantastic job when it came to tyres there was no running oil but normally if done at a local branch it alwsy messy.
Adam was an extremely help guy & polished the car to a shine.
I was well impressed with the whole experience that I left a small tip plus some soft drinks for the staff.
