Don't risk your car here

Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm. My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle! I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!

Useless don’t bother

Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash. The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with. They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless. Will wash it myself over the weekend.

GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH

GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.

I left my car to be washed at Waves in…Hampton

I left my car to be washed at Waves in Sainsburys Hampton. When I got home I discovered they had smashed the pain work on the back of my car. The CCTV footage showed this was not present when I left the car with them. I have taken it to 2 garages now who have advised me they did not only lift the paint work with the jet wash as they suggested. They must have also had an accident with my car as the paint is smashed. I have contacted waves and they failed to communicate with me other than to say it is a franchise. There has been no compensation for car damage.

My partner and I used the waves car wash site in the car park of Tescos's store on Tadcaster Road, York YO24 1LW on Friday 28/04. We received excellent customer service and a thorough job was done on both the inside and outside of the car. Would definitely recommend.

Today at Tesco's Fratton Portsmouth I…

Today at Tesco's Fratton Portsmouth I had unfortunately the not so pleasure in being thrown verbal abuse from your manager who runs the car cleaning business within Tesco's car park. Approx. @ 2pm I came back from my shopping in Tesco's when All of the sudden a man started to shout at me. He came across with such anger and violence I was close in recording the incident on my mobile phone for proof. This angry aggressive person shouted at, what are you look at, I replied back saying in a calm collective way, Notice this car has parked in two bays taking up a parking space. He started to raise his voice in such a way I did feel extremely threatened. He shouted at me like he was about to hit me which I was going to call the police, instead, I went in to Tesco's and they gave me this email to contact you regarding this incident. He said that is his car and he can park like that if he wants too. i then politely said that, that's not nice if someone needs a parking space, he then came up to me with such anger I had to step back. He then aggressively told me to come here and I will show you a sign and then you do not tell me I do not know the rule. The sing only stated that each parking bay is allowed 3 hours free only, no where does it mention that he or anyone else for that matter is allowed to park in two spaces. Then he looked at me with the worry that he was about to do something which I felt I had to walk backwards just incase he was going to do anything. He then said, don't you come here and tell me that I cant park here as I am allowed to park in two spaces, then he shouted at me ad said the words, p... off you idiot. There is one thing where someone tells you do go away, but when someone comes across with such anger and hate, that is another. I will also now report this behaviour to the police for there records, as my concern is that he will and have done treat other people the same way. I sat in my car and notice how he is towards his staff again, with hate and anger and that is not something a so called manager should behave. If this is how your company likes to have managing the business, then that is a worry for many reasons. Let's hope this aggressive person doesn't hit anyone, as this is how I felt today. For your information, the car registration number of the vehicle in mind which is owned by the aggressive person within this email is as follows: Audi DF19 YPD

Waves Ashford (Middx) Tescos were amazing

Waves Ashford (Middx) Tescos were amazing. Amelida was pleasant and helpful and on my return presented me with a spotless shining vehicle. The canvas roof clean was impressive with all the mould and dried dirt removed. Amelida even went round again, reapplied the roof protector and polished off any minor water drops that had dried on the body work. Top marks for a fantastic wash and service. I'll definitely go back.

Waves Ashford Surrey Team are the tops.

The Waves Team at the Tesco Ashford, Surrey site did a great job! My little old A class was frankly an embarrassment inside and out. I opted for the £60 platinum option, and while I may have been able to get it done cheaper elsewhere, given the state cleaning neglect it was value for money. I came back at the agreed time to find it lovely and shiny, all the door sills clean and the interior sparkling and vacuumed in all those hard to get at places. Other waves sites seem to be getting bad reviews, but the Ashford, Surrey team did a superb job and I'll be taking the little car back to them. Good Job the Asford team!

Scunthorpe Waves at Tescos

Scunthorpe Waves at Tescos. Went for a booked appointment and rude man wanted extra money as he said there were dog hairs in my car boot. I don’t carry a dog in my boot nor never have. He just wanted to charge me more. Don’t go unless your car is clean to start with. Sort of defeats the object really. Oh and it cost me a £5 to waste the fuel as I didn’t take him up on the extra £15 he wanted to charge me and I paid through the app, so where does the extra £15 go????
