Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
Used them a couple of times before and it was OK and we always paid 25 pounds
However today when we left the car we told the manager we wanted the gold 25 pound wssh ..it took a very long time for the job to get done over 90 min .
My wife noticed that the device said Thirty Pounds and it was not the guy who agreed the price...he stood there very quietly while the other guy went ballistic accusing us of trying to cheat them by 5 pounds....and claiming we always paid 30 pounds and because the manager was new we tried to cheat him by 5 pounds ...he was gesticulating and raising his voice...would not even let us speak ..extremely unpleasant and rude .claimed the system was not working so could not give us Tesco points either .never going back again to Waves in High Wycombe
Waves at Tesco Brent Cross did a thorough job cleaning the outside of my car. It was absolutely filthy and they made it look as good as new again. Good, friendly customer service. Would definitely return.
I was told I would have to pay £40 instead of £30 because my car was to dirty! It was covered in a small layer of dust because of road works near my house and there was a muddy shoe print on the back of the driver seat because of my kids kicking it after a walk…That was all. Shocking attitude from lazy staff.

told me a two door Mercedes was a large and charged £40 for a terrible wash,door sills not wiped , windows smeared and when I asked about them he told me they where dificult to reach so couldn’t for them, scratch on the top of the bonnet and as you can see from the images the roof wasn’t cleaned still stained and windows still smudged , £40 is a total rip off and could have had it cleaned at a drive in hand car wash for 15 quid and would have had a better job .. don’t use them
Excellent customer service and quality of clean. My mother has passed away and her car was so dirty from lack of use and sitting under a tree for months. These guys we so respectful and worked hard to clean the car. Thank you
It took 90 minutes for a clean inside and out. The car was still dirty inside and not much better outside. I took photos to prove it but you can’t post photos on this site. Absolutely the worst car wash ever!
My boot was full and the car was essentially clean, apart from three bird droppings. They washed and didn't even have to hover. £25 pounds, in simple words theft. I won't return.
DISGRACEFUL!!! BRACKLEY INSIDE TESCO YARD...SURE IF BOARD SAYS £30 FOR GOLD WASH THEY CANT TELL YOU ITS GONE UP TO £35. THE MOST EXPENSIVE I'VE SEEN ANY WHERE. HAD TO TAKE IT AS I WAS RUNNING LATE WHAT I GOT BACK . WELL. YOU MIGHT AS WELL CHUCK THE DIRTY WASHING UP BOWL OVER THE CAR AND DRY WITH AN OILY RAG. SMEARS EVERY WHERE. NOT VISIBLE TILL IN OPEN SUNLIGHT!!!! STILL DIRT EVERY WHERE!!

I went to my local Waves in Tesco near IKEA, this morning 18 May. I asked for a in and out wash on a Tesla model 3, the manager looked at it and said £30! I was so shocked I said £13! He said no £30. I told him that absolutely disgusting to over charge and rip customers off like that. I took my car to Asda Park Royal for same requested service for £13.
