Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
Disgusting men. Whistling and jeering at us from across the car park and smiling about it. Vile behaviour and men like this should not be allowed to work around women.
The guys at Waves Tesco Leighton Buzzard are by far the best … I have had my car cleaned by them a few times and they go above and beyond, my car is always spotless and they even clean the bottom of my boot (I have a Juke so it has a ledge over the bottom of the boot) they are always so friendly and always have a smile 😊 thanks for all you do! 5***** fantastic
Have to provide every little bit of information about yourself and create account to just book an appointment no need to go through all that at all just for the company to sell on information why can it not be easier
Terrible service st Waves car wash at Tesco extra…
Waves car wash at Tesco extra Shrewsbury gave the worst service possible. Quoted us £25 and then charged us £35. We left a roll of expensive card in the car and asked them to be extra careful with it (it was being used for a wedding sign) and when we returned they had flattened it. They denied they had done it and refused to admit anything. Don’t go there - rip off and terrible service.
I have just had my son's Fiat 500 cleaned at Waves car wash Hatfield. I couldn't be more happier with the amazing service I received. The car has never looked so good! The staff are so kind and really go above and beyond to give a 5 star service, they even packed my shopping in the car for me! Highly recommend Waves Hatfield!
I had a voucher for a free wash from over a year ago, and it was honoured, and kindly they even offered a clean of the inside. Wonderful team. Thank you
Pulling up to a car wash that was recommended I had high expectations. upon asking the price the manager of the site kept changing the price, despite having a 5 door hatchback he still charged me the same as a 4x4 or estate car as I had more doors. As well as that he was rude and didn’t understand that I wanted a quick wash and not the good star service which he kept pushing for. Even the app details that my car wash should cost less.
