Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
£35 for in and outside which apparently was £10 off as I'm a new customer. It's still dirty. Marks on the outside. Inside is still full of dust and marks.
Waves Horsham - Terrible experience
We took a white fiat there to get a bronze wash. Staff incredibly rude and repeatedly laughing at us about how dirty the car was (why else would we there for a wash) and glaring at us/eye rolling/ huffing.
they also forced us to pay extra for this (nothing stating it on the website and surely that shouldn’t impact the price) when it came to the edges around the doors and boot they used the power washer!!!! Making everything inside the car wet including a new book and getting DIRT on the inside of the car which they just pretended not to notice and left it !!! They told us to get out the car while they did this so we didn’t get sprayed so they knew this would happen. I have also seen the staff be super rude in store and actually push a customer!
Do not book online as they double charge and on-site as well.
I went to the Abingdon Waves car wash and the service itself was fine. I made the mistake of booking online though. They couldn't take the payment so I ended up paying onsite. I then got charged twice after this via the website so £51 in total for a £17 car wash which I'm not happy about. Please do not book via the app or website. Next time I'll just turn up without pre-booking, lesson learnt the hard way. I phoned up to complain last week and waiting to get my money back at the moment.
Very bad experience, I got my car washed and hoovered and they scratched it quite badly. I made a complain I did it politely but man was very offensive and said I must have been there. I know it wasn't....
Went on impulse not something I do, but heard, £6.... Was£16...! Rubbish value for money, wish I could make that sort of money in five minutes! Didn't dry the car of either, will not re u ur tm an ha will warn off others
Rubbish value for money
I thought I would try them as I was shopping. Firstly they told me a wait time of 45mins, so I went and had a coffee in Sainsburys. Came back and it was not ready so said come back in another 15 mins. I came back in 25 mins and they were still finishing it. I looked over the car and the wheels were still filthy, rubbish had not been emptied from the doors, carpets still looked grubby, inside door jambs still dirty, marks still on car after it had been chammied. In short a dreadful job. When I complained they said the wheels were very dirty and oily !! hence why it needed it washing!!!! I took them over an hour and still dirty so I gave them £20 instead of £30 and drove off in disgust They were moaning about me as I got in the car as well. NEVER GOING BACK - DO NOT USE THEM.
Salam at Southend On Sea car wash is absolutely brilliant, always get my car cleaned and he does an amazing job! His customer service is brilliant too and always smiling!

Went to Waves at Tesco Shrewsbury great experience so curtesy polite and an absolute amazing cleaned my car which to say the least was very dirty inside and out looked a different car when I picked it up. Definitely recommend to use them I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you from one extremely happy customer 😊
