Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.

After complaining about the poor quality & how dirty my car still was we were told to email for a refund my husband was told that if he didn't get in his car & F*** O** he would BASH HIM!!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting
Great job by Waves in Tesco Larkfield car park today! Not sure about the wax etc but the inside and out of the car were left beautifully clean and shining and the interior was pristine. They were happy to polish up a couple of little things I spotted and were very pleasant, polite and professional. Happy customer. :)
After having my car washed I realised that my car had 3 small chips in the wind screen and 3 chips in the paint work that went down to the metal. I know these were not here before as I have only just bought the car. This has clearly been done by the jet washes they use, so would avoid ever using them again! And would advise everyone to go elsewhere.
Waves exmouth went today we'd 13th November 2024 paid 30£for gold wash went shopping came back went to pay 16£ told them I had asked for gold ok we will do the interior. You have waxed it I asked yes was the reply after they finished I paid asked for blue light discount which they give was told know nothing about that.Got home and realised I hadn't been given a air freshener and noticed they hadn't cleaned wheels properly took it back had to wait for them to finish another car eventually they finished I asked for my air freshner to be told they didn't have any wont be going back

What a great bunch of Lads.
I needed a full clean and valet, usually this is costly however we negotiated a good price.
The Gentleman also helped me sort out my boot.
I was pleased with the work and also the professional products they use.
I will be using them every time from now.

Visited Waves at Tesco Larkfield today. I used to visit occasionally prior to the new management when the cost was £40. This time it’s now £47 and no where near as good a job as the previous guy who was superb. I pointed out a couple of areas I wasn’t happy with when I collected it and the guy sprayed it and wiped it over. When I got home I found non of the wheel arches has been washed and the plastic trim at the bottom of the doors was really grubby and not cleaned. The wheels also had been cleaned from where they were standing but the underside was filthy. So many marks all over the car and no attention to the internal click plates or the area around the filling cap. At £47 I won’t be returning.
Excellent wash and valet of my 118i in the time quoted. Car was like new and the extra detailing by Nina was above and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend
Very poor service, so much was missed on my car from top to bottom, even the drying wasnt done properly leaving smears on every window, I was the only one there so you'd think they had time to do a good job, very low standards, won't be going back to waste another £18 on half a job, rain would of done a better job and that's free !
