This company is shambolic when it comes to billing. They have been told about a change to the bill payer 3 times (all through there specified methods) they are now threatening court action to the wrong parties. They don't know what they are doing. Please do not use them.
The worst company that I have dealt with in my life they just donβt listen to you, all they are interested in is keep sending bills for amounts that are not owing as I still pay my bills to Severn Trent water . It is now getting to harassment as I have proved that Severn Trent ported the wrong account over and they still keep sending bills.
I called in to provide meter reads for my company and Paula was really amiable; helping to resolve any queries and concerns I had.

Michelle listened to my issues and did her best to resolve the situation. It's such a shame when large corporations like United Utilities sub contract work to smaller companies (Water plus) and make life very difficult for them to resolve issues.

Having had great difficulty with meter readings and bills, over a number of years, it was such a breath of fresh air to be dealt with by Louise Griffiths. Louise confirmed our account was closed gave me the correct outstanding amount and immediately put my mind at rest. Water Plus had sent me a bill of 0ver Β£16000 for an account which monthly was normally less than Β£15. Louise you are a star. Many thanks Steve

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service from Water Plus. For the past several months, I have been harassed with repeated letters demanding payment for a property I vacated over six months ago. Despite notifying them of this multiple times and providing all the relevant information they requested, the letters have not stopped. Whatβs worse is that the information in the letters is consistently incorrect, and every attempt Iβve made to get a response or resolution has been ignored. Iβve submitted all the documents they asked for, yet Iβm still being chased for a bill that is not mine to pay. This has caused needless stress and wasted time, and itβs completely unacceptable. Water Plusβs failure to update their records or even acknowledge my communications shows a total lack of professionalism and basic customer care. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using Water Plus to think twice. Based on my experience, they are disorganized, unresponsive, and seem more interested in sending threatening letters than resolving genuine customer issues.
