Wrong delivery address VINATIS order 04253024803937
I ordered a case of wine to be delivered to our Hamburg address, however, it was sent to my Frankfurt business address. I had pressed the right button, as I often have smaller cases sent and delivered to Hamburg; but the computer overruled me. I noticed the error right away and attempted to contact Vinatis which proved impossible. Maud tried later on to help me by sending a correction to Chronopost/DPD, however, it did not work. It is a real hassle as I cannot transport such a case on my routine Lufthansa flights from Frankfurt to Hamburg. I was really disappointed. Ami de Chapeaurouge
