Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

Incredible Support from Dishia Ijaz! I recently had a roaming issue while traveling in Chile, and Dishia went above and beyond to help me resolve it. From the moment she joined the chat, she was polite, patient, and incredibly thorough. She guided me step by step through troubleshooting, even waiting while I gathered screenshots and checked settings on my device. Despite the complexity of my issue, Dishia stayed calm and professional. She made some changes on her end, and suddenly everything started working perfectly again — I was back online and receiving all my messages! I have been using US Mobile service for over 3 years, and never had any issues when it came to their services, especially their 5G wireless. This one time I had a major issue with 5G connectivity, their service rep Muhammad Ramish, was extremely helpful and polite in giving a detailed solution to my problem and was also patient.

As a former IT Director (retired) I have challenged US Mobile staff over a period of 8 months to see what kind of cellular service they really are. I can safely say that they have met and exceeded the challenge on all aspects! I gave them the toughest assignment: make a Iphone 7+ work as a hot spot. This device my is backup network provider when my local fiber connection fails. Since US Mobile is an MVNO, I was able to choose which local cellular carrier had the best signal in my location. I also ported a number to my account without any issues. The US Mobile portal is easy to read, easy to use, and just plain works. Over the years working with cellular carriers has been a challenge as they keep finding ways to provide less service and more cost. Not so with US Mobile! This is the land of more services, great value, and friendly and competent support staff. I heartily recommend US Mobile for your cellular needs. (this is not a paid recommendation, I am just a retired IT Director that loves when I get great value and great service) AD
Terrible company. They made us fight with their servers for an hour to order a device under a promotion. It was very frustrating for everyone. I was clicking repeatedly for all that time, because I really wanted the device. I got an order in, received order confirmation email. Card was immediately authorized. I was happy that I was able to order it. The CEO then posts about so much love for US Mobile, and that he will honor the orders received. They take several hours to confirm orders. Mine was already 30 hours waiting for a confirmation, to then receive an order cancelled email that does not say anything other than that. Contacted customer service, they opened a ticket with logistics, and nobody contacted me back. I contacted them after a couple of days, to receive that they will refund me (as if it wasn't expected already). It was the only order on the account and shipped to the address (one per household limit). But the CEO continues to say thanks for so much love for his business.
I needed to transfer carriers and any confusion on the matter was cleared up with Zaid Muhammad on the support line :)
After a slow start, the service agent was able to fix the problem, which is the desired result. Unfortunately it took way too long (at least an hour) to do this.
