US MOBILE - competent and friendly staff
As a former IT Director (retired) I have challenged US Mobile staff over a period of 8 months to see what kind of cellular service they really are. I can safely say that they have met and exceeded the challenge on all aspects! I gave them the toughest assignment: make a Iphone 7+ work as a hot spot. This device my is backup network provider when my local fiber connection fails. Since US Mobile is an MVNO, I was able to choose which local cellular carrier had the best signal in my location. I also ported a number to my account without any issues. The US Mobile portal is easy to read, easy to use, and just plain works. Over the years working with cellular carriers has been a challenge as they keep finding ways to provide less service and more cost. Not so with US Mobile! This is the land of more services, great value, and friendly and competent support staff. I heartily recommend US Mobile for your cellular needs.
