Terrible company
Terrible company. They made us fight with their servers for an hour to order a device under a promotion. It was very frustrating for everyone. I was clicking repeatedly for all that time, because I really wanted the device. I got an order in, received order confirmation email. Card was immediately authorized. I was happy that I was able to order it. The CEO then posts about so much love for US Mobile, and that he will honor the orders received. They take several hours to confirm orders. Mine was already 30 hours waiting for a confirmation, to then receive an order cancelled email that does not say anything other than that. Contacted customer service, they opened a ticket with logistics, and nobody contacted me back. I contacted them after a couple of days, to receive that they will refund me (as if it wasn't expected already). It was the only order on the account and shipped to the address (one per household limit). But the CEO continues to say thanks for so much love for his business.
