Over-promise and severely under-deliver…
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.

Exceptional Customer Service from Yusra Luqman at US Mobile! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with US Mobile's customer service, thanks to the incredible help from Yusra Luqman. My brother was struggling to transfer an eSIM line from one phone to another, and it was proving to be quite a tricky issue. Yusra was an absolute star! She stuck with us patiently, guiding us step-by-step through various troubleshooting attempts. Her dedication and willingness to try different things until the issue was completely resolved were truly impressive. It's rare to find such persistent and helpful support. Thanks to Yusra, the eSIM transfer was successfully completed, and we're incredibly grateful for her patience and expertise. She truly went above and beyond! Hanzalah was great
Hanzalah was great. She was able to compensate for the goof up done in returning the international e-sim. She not only accepted the issue at their and but able to make up for it by giving top up. Only issue is chat based support is very slow.
