Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.

Over-promise and severely under-deliver…

Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.

Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

Their referral program is quite a scam, as their terms and conditions have more criteria than what's advertise on the dashboard or even on their referral landing page.

Bad bad customer service

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a long time. The indifference of the agent is just terrible. They proposed a three-way conference call between Us Mobile, my old provider, and myself to organize the transfer of my number to Us Mobile. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do it despite promoting themselves as consumer friendly. As a result, and because of their inaction to solve a problem and being very indifferent in their responses, I canceled my new plan with US Mobile. I’m happy to share screenshots of the conversation with anyone reviewing the customer service of US Mobile.

I had a very complex task

I had a very complex task, I needed to restore a line and change phone numbers from one cell to another and vice versa, Minaam Naveed was rally helpful, the most knowable person I have ever spoken to with UsMobile. problem got resolved in no time.

Moved 5 lines, cannot believe how easy it was

Just moved 5 lines, it was the smoothest process i have ever experienced. After being mistreated for 10 year with bad customer services this is a breath of fresh air. Awesome service...deserve a raise!

Shahzaib Mushtaq helped me through an otherwise terrible experience with activating my service and keeping my number. they were patient and kept communication during the whole process! I had spent literal days trying to get activation, and they helped me and took the time to understand just what the problem was. I told them i couldnt thank them enough and i meant it!
