Bad bad customer service
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a long time. The indifference of the agent is just terrible. They proposed a three-way conference call between Us Mobile, my old provider, and myself to organize the transfer of my number to Us Mobile. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do it despite promoting themselves as consumer friendly. As a result, and because of their inaction to solve a problem and being very indifferent in their responses, I canceled my new plan with US Mobile. I’m happy to share screenshots of the conversation with anyone reviewing the customer service of US Mobile.
